Welcome to the Palm Greens Recreation Association’s Automated Reservation System
Here is a summary of our current reservation policies:

- A COVID-19 waiver must be on file with the Recreation Association office to make a reservation
- Pool area – 40 residents per session; 4 sessions per day; adults only; maximum of 25 swimmers at any given time
Maximum # of pool reservations: 1 Session per day. Reservations can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
Cancellations: A reservation will not be counted if it is properly canceled by the resident at least 2 hours before the start of the session, or should the session be canceled by the Recreation Association prior to its start time (due to inclement weather or any other reason).
Uncancelled reservations: a reservation will be forfeited if the person does not arrive within 10 minutes after the scheduled start time of the session. A resident’s ability to be admitted to the pool area will be suspended for 7 days after 3 three reservation forfeitures.
Session Check-in: Check-in closes 15 minutes after the start of the session.
Walk-ups: residents without reservations will be admitted on a space-available basis during the session check-in.
