Condo I
The board and staff of Condo One are constantly working to provide our residents with the most current information and services. They are available from 9:00 to 4:00 weekdays and for emergencies after hours.
For after hours emergencies such as plumbing etc. call 561-498-1330. Someone will respond to you, please do not call board members.
All renters and buyers are subject to an interview by the board to enlighten them of their rights.
Reminder that all trash is to be placed in the white trash bags provided by the condo or personal trash receptacles not in store plastic shopping bags or any other bags. Trash should be on the “T” after 4pm Tuesdays along with recyclables, and trash only on Friday after 4pm.
